Expert, confidential support & advice
People come to me with any of a wide range of problems, from relationship issues, bereavement, post-traumatic stress and work-related problems to phobias, anxiety and depression.
In everything I do, confidentiality is absolutely paramount. Since 1990 I have been in private practice and have become widely known and respected as an authority in my field, providing regular relationship and health advice on TV, radio and in the press.
Diana has given me a greater perspective. We all get stuck with feelings “we are not good enough” “people will laugh at us”. Diana embraced and understood the core issues and helped me to better understand myself. changing habits is difficult. It takes courage to call a therapist. Diana Parkinson is the most helpful therapist I have seen and I am very grateful.”
Sessions offer the opportunity to discover your true personality and potential, which can be exciting, fulfilling and enriching, enabling you to live the life you deserve.
Remember, all of us have more potential than we realise – so maybe you owe it to yourself to begin your journey of self-discovery now.
A lot of my work has a short-term focus, typically between 5 and 10 sessions, but this varies greatly according to need, as does the type of treatment – hypnotherapy, counselling, psychotherapy, CBT or any combination of these.
In every situation, I provide advice to help develop insights to enable you to understand why and what has happened so that you can take control of the present, and the future.
I also offer Supervision and CPD to other practitioners.
